Founded in 2017, headquartered in Naples, Slidr delivers Micro-Mobility solutions for niche underserved markets. Specifically, with a focus on the whitespace by targeting Gen Z & Millennials at some of 5,300 college towns in the United States.

Slidr was a one person company with tremendous growth plans. It had been bootstrapped to date and needed a complete business analysis, a go to market strategy and a path to raising growth capital.

We worked with the Slidr to put together a 3 plan including an expanded go to market strategy. The plan enabled the company to survive Covid, it is cash flow positive, raised some strategic funding through our techniques and is now again in growth mode.

Founded in 2016, headquartered in Atlanta delivering a suite of Mindfulness and wellness android and IoS applications perfect for beginners and advanced meditators. Welzen suite is usable round the clock and is the easiest way to engage in an inspiring meditation practice, encouraging life lesson each day; Welzen users can finally reach a happy balance in their life.

Welzen had a proven idea, a well developed App and had started on a path to recurring revenue. It was ready to scale and needed a complete business analysis including a Go to Market strategy and a path to growth capital.

Our team developed a three year strategic plan, the company executed on the plan and grew to 1+ million users in 70 countries and was most recently acquired by FastBlast.

Atlas Digital Business Optimization Platform positioned at the intersection of Business Process Management and Revenue Cycle Management. Atlas was incubated within HealthRise, an exceptionally effective, deeply driven healthcare consulting firm focused on revenue cycle management and sustainable improvement. HealthRise was founded in 2012, headquartered in Southfield MI.

Atlas was at an incubation stage and need a full suite of services, specifically:

  • Assessment of Atlas existing platform, architecture, scalability, and future vision
  • Competitive and Market Analysis
  • A financial model with costs including license fees, hosting fees, install fees, and monthly support
  • Go to Market Strategy - including a review of existing pipeline, sales process, forecasting etc
  • Investor Presentation Package and one-page summary overview.
  • Corporate Structure/Diligence discussions with VC’s/Bankers/PE, investors etc.
  • Define an actionable plan and go-forward strategy.

We worked with the team on the above deliverables. After incubation, the company was reintegrated as part of the Rise family of companies and is part of a solution set that has delivered 25% Increase in management capacity, an 18% Increase in speed to problem resolution and 17% Increase in problem resolution success rate.

The company had a proven business model, had adapted to the challenges of Covid and now needed to transform from a Person to Platform. The existing business model needed a path to scalability and recurring revenue.

Our team developed a 3-year strategic plan for the company, which included helping secure funding, establishing an Advisory Board and shifting the business model to a monthly recurring revenue model. STG now has over 20 employees, raised over $1.8m is seed funding and has a scalable platform with 300+ active clients.
